  • KEY ACTIVITIES
  • · Conduct QA Audits to ensure process compliance according to defined process framework.
  • · Identify opportunities for improvement. By identifying and collecting measurement data from the HARF projects and processes. And Perform analysis of the data, and implementing performance measurement and analytical processes.
  • · Creates and Manages Process Improvement Proposals.
  • · Develop and submit periodical reports to Senior Management.
  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • · Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field.
  • · Minimum of one year experience in Software quality.
  • · Familiarity with the Software development life cycles.
  • · Excellent communication skills.
  • · Knowledge of the CMMI model is an asset.
